Ashley moved to Australia to pursue her passion for physiotherapy. Early in her studies, she discovered a special interest in Women’s Health and has been dedicated to this area ever since. Ashley’s focus is on helping women enhance their quality of life by overcoming pelvic floor dysfunction, allowing them to return to the activities they love. She is committed to raising awareness about pelvic health and creating a warm, supportive environment where women feel comfortable discussing their concerns and seeking help at any stage of life.
Ashley believes in a holistic approach to health, taking into account all aspects of a person’s lifestyle to achieve lasting improvements. She also places great value on prevention, helping her patients maintain their health and well-being for years to come.
With a love for movement, Ashley teaches both equipment and mat pilates. She has taught classes for clinical rehabilitation, pregnancy and postnatal clients. She has also had extensive experience working with musculoskeletal, and chronic pain conditions.
Outside of the clinic, you will find Ashley going for long walks, doing yoga and pilates, practising new tricks with a skipping rope, and dancing salsa.
Ashley speaks fluent English, French and Italian.
